Comments may be submitted online using the “submit a comment button” on the bottom of our “Get Involved” page, by mail or email, by phone, or in person and should be directed to:

After the public comment period ends, the public will have an additional opportunity to comment on the document at the joint Technical/Policy Committee meeting, prior to the document being presented for final approval. Meeting details are below:

Comments received will be presented to our Committees in written or verbal format before approval for the PPP is requested.
